Companies hire our firm when they

realize they can’t trust their financials or 

inventory numbers.  

After meeting with the client, we come in and start at the bottom with the warehouse and inventory system. We train staff on proper procedures, physically clean up their warehouses, and ensure all systems are integrated seamlessly to get the client back on track as quickly as possible.

We then work our way up the company next with the project managers

and entire sales staff. Training on PO and SO procedures.

Next is on to accounting to ensure proper month end and reconciliation procedures are taking place.
