When beginning a project, we evaluate not only the staff on hand and existing practices, but the technological aspects as well. Even the most educated, well-meaning individual can’t overcome bad software.
Most of the companies that contact us either have proprietary software that hasn’t been able to keep up with their expanding business or they bought into a system that was too large for their operations. We have our VP of Information Technology and VP of Software Integrations take a look at their current systems. Sometimes half the battle of disarray can be overcome by upgrading hardware or developing a simple API to integrate an inhouse proprietary software to a well developed out of the box solution.
Once we have the technology in place, we develop an optimized process flow that mimics how that company operates. We consult with all levels of client staff to listen to complaints and suggestions. We incorporate what we see and hear with our known best-case scenarios.
We try to utilize the simplest solutions so that they can be customized for and grow with the client. The guiding principle of our service is that we find the solution that works best for the client, not that one that we prefer best.
